ONE DAY WILDLIFE & JUNGLE TREK

Price: 1.450.000 VND/ each (Adult); for Kids: 1.000.000 VND/ each (7 - 10 yrs)

Overview

Embark on an exceptional eco tour that takes you to the heart of the Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park, one of the world’s most extraordinary biodiversity hotspots, and home to countless species of plants and animals found nowhere else on the planet.

Experience the park’s stunning scenery safely and comfortably as you hop on the back of a licensed Vietnamese rider’s motorbike, traveling from the office right at the central of Phong Nha town to the Botanical Garden.

Start your adventure by visiting the Wildlife Rescue Centre and observing its patients and residents. Then, get ready for a challenging trek through the tropical forest of the National Park, following the “Secret Route” used by soldiers during the war. After the trek, enjoy a scrumptious barbecue lunch at the entrance of “Weapon Cave,” and take a refreshing swim in a natural swimming pool.

In a good day and good weather, you might be able to visit the Semi-wild enclosure for Hatinh langurs and spot them by a walk.

This tour is a fantastic opportunity to see firsthand the conservation efforts that take place behind the scenes of the National Park and get up close and personal with its many inhabitants. However, please note that the tour includes a strenuous 6-8km hike through the jungle to a primary forest, so it is recommended for physically fit individuals.

Choose from a variety of destinations and make the most of your day out in the area with this exceptional tour.

We did the ‘Jungle Night Walk’. The tour began at the Bamboo Chopsticks restaurant – which I believe is the same proprietor as Ecofoot. (The meal was delicious.)The beginning of the tour was unremarkable as we had to walk along a road where many trucks passed by (although, we did see a snake and a few lizards). Once in the stream however, we viewed many animals. The guides were quite knowledgeable. We even saw a bird which a member of the indigenous group had never seen before. Our main guide, Trang, spoke English superbly.I had the impression the tour would become much better in the coming years.

An Unforgettable Adventure with Eco Foot TourOur family recently had the pleasure of embarking on a trekking adventure through the Vietnamese jungle with Eco Foot Tour, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we set out, the guidance provided was exceptional. Our guides were knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure our children were safe and engaged throughout the journey. The trek itself was nothing short of fantastic—immersing ourselves in the lush jungle and learning about the local ecosystem was an absolute thrill. The entire experience was well-organized, and we felt truly connected to nature every step of the way.If you’re looking for an adventure that combines excitement, education, and outstanding service, Eco Foot Tour is the way to go. Our family came away with incredible memories and a deep appreciation for the beauty of Vietnam’s natural landscapes. Highly recommended!

We actually wanted to do the monkey tour, but the owner was very honest and didn’t want to do it because of the wind and fog. Then we opted for the Jungle Night Walk. By the time it got dark, we drove with our two children (12 years old) and two guides towards the Botanical Garden, where another guide who works in the park joined us. We saw a lot of animals: moths, spiders, iguanas, a snake, geckos and much more. It was quite exciting at times, especially for the children, because we walked through a stream in the dark. The trip was well prepared: everyone received a good headlamp, with which you could shine very far, there was water and delicious rice cakes. The guides made walking sticks for everyone and were very skilled. Truly a trip you will never forget!

Perfect tour, the schedule was good, we had a free coffee to begin our trip. The hiking part was awesome and very authentic with the meal. We enjoyed the swimming part and the waterfalls. Even with the rain the guide makes our tour so great. Thanks.

the wild monkey tour starts to late (around 9pm) and it was hot for walking and seeing monkeys. (In comparison other tours that we did in Vietnam for wild animal watching have started at 5am)Guide was very good prepared about war history but unfortunately not that much about animalsMonkey conservation center was a little bit sad… they are trying but not there yet…In the end we didn’t see no wild animal except one lizard and chipmunkLunch in the jungle was very tasty but unfortunately hygiene not so much and we ended with food poisoningSwim in the waterfall was very nice!In the end okey tour but to expensive for the things they offer
